Accident in the Workplace
Your employer is obliged to provide you with a safe place and system at work. If you suffered an injury at work through no fault of your own, you may have a valid claim. The Scheme is also in place for dependants of Deceased Members of An Garda Siochana who were fatally injured while on duty or while acting in their general capacity as a member, or merely because of their being a member of an Garda Siochana. APPLICATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE INCIDENT.
